We all have been waiting for the Koe no Katachi movie, A Silent Voice, to be released in the Philippines after it was postponed on April 15. Though a lot of us had been disappointed, everyone is still eager to wait for its release. And earlier this month, we have been informed that the screening of the movie will finally be on May 10 onward and will be showing for a few days depending on its performance.

KOE NO KATACHI | New Movie Release Date

Here comes the good news for many anime fans in the Philippines! Koe no Katachi, also known as A Silent Voice, has now a confirmed release date!

            A lot of fans has been greatly disappointed when the screening of the Koe no Katachi movie was postponed indefinitely to give way to potential blockbuster movies like Fast and Furious 8 and Can’t Help Falling in Love (A Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo Movie). A lot of fans took their disappointment on Twitter, Facebook groups and other social media.

            Since then, everyone is waiting for an update about the release of the movie. And finally, after a few weeks of waiting, we can now mark our calendar.

Koe no Katachi will be released on May 10!

It will be showing for about a week depending on the performance of the movie. No further details has been released about this yet. List of cinemas will surely be announced a few days before the screening. Fans were encouraged to get in touch with the cinemas near them and request for the movie.
